Refund policy

Deposits - All appointments and training courses require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service value.

No-Shows - Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full service fee being charged. Repeat no-shows will not be accepted for future bookings.

Training Cancellations - Training deposits are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 14 days notice, at which point the deposit will be transferred to a new date. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit entirely.

Late Arrivals - Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment needing to be rescheduled.
